Even the small job that you recently completed for us at our Richmond location was finished with minimal down time and as always I can count on you to follow up with the details.

I just wanted to thank you for a job well done. In the last year you have built-out over 19,000 square feet at my Greenpark II Building. During this time I have found that you are timely, willing to help beyond your duties and organized in your manner of billing.
As you know it is most important to turn over the space in a timely manner since my owners expect to collect rent as soon as possible. Your company has always made good estimates on expected construction time and you have never missed a deadline.
I find that your superintendents as well as your subcontractors are professional and willing to work outside of the scope of work. Since I have a part-time engineer department at this building this has been very helpful to me in the past year. When emergencies happen and tenants want answers they do not like to hear that the engineer is fifteen minutes away and on his way. More then once your crew has helped me out of a hot spot because my engineer was off the property.
Furthermore, my particular billing needs for the MD Anderson project was extremely complicated. I found that your entire organization was prepared to deal with these extraordinary circumstances. I have found in the past that other general contractors can meet deadlines and are willing to help me out when possible, but it always seems that when it comes to the accounting end of the job it turns into a paperwork nightmare. It has been a pleasant surprise dealing with an organized accounting process. This coupled with your companies other qualification is why I will continue to use your services.
I thank you again for a great job and I look forward to work with you on my many future projects at Greenpark, II as well as my three other properties.
